Budget estimate

$300,000 – $800,000

Based on typical regional costs for storm‑water pipe installation ($150‑$300 per linear foot) plus ancillary work (demolition, curb‑and‑gutter, pavement, water‑line relocation), the total contract value is likely in the $300K‑$800K range. The lower bound assumes minimal additional work, while the upper bound accounts for full site development, utility relocation, and contingency.
