Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to perform roll-up door repairs. The project involves the removal of existing conduit and wiring, site preparation, framing, and installation of a 16' x 16' manual chain-pull drum roll-up door. The supplier must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, and maintain OSHA-compliant safety practices. The scope of work includes electrical scope, site preparation, demolition, structural framing, roll-up door installation, cleanup, and disposal. The supplier must also provide written proof of qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance.
• The project requires a mandatory site visit on December 15, 2025, at 10 AM.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract and must certify that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142 of the Code of Alabama 1975.
• The supplier must provide a disclosure statement and certify that they are registered, collecting, and remitting Alabama State and local sales, use, and/or lease tax on all taxable sales and leases into Alabama.
