Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to Beacon Communications, LLC for Rauland-Borg Nurse Call System Software Updates. The contractor will provide all software, labor, personnel, equipment, and services necessary to maintain the Rauland-Borg Responder 5 Nurse Call system at the Sheridan VA Medical Center. The scope of work includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing software updates, as well as providing support hours and training.
• The contractor must provide one copy of any new release of the Responder 5 Software.
• The contractor must provide 20 support hours annually.
• The contractor must continue to support the immediately preceding release of the Responder 5 Software for a period of one year following the discontinuance of such software.
