Summit County is seeking a qualified, licensed contractor to install new fencing, automatic gate systems, and cattle‑guard structures at the County Road & Bridge Pad, plus ancillary work at an on‑site archery‑range platform and at the County landfill fence. The contract also includes ongoing daily maintenance services beginning in summer 2026.
• Install ~1,200 ft of 3‑rail rail‑buck fence and three 8 × 20 ft cattle‑guard sections with concrete bases.
• Provide a solar‑powered dual‑swing automatic gate opener with remotes, keypad, and concrete pads.
• Relocate two existing swing gates and remove/re‑install an archery‑range platform.
• Clean existing landfill fence and install stainless‑steel bird‑deterrent spikes.
• Deliver daily maintenance (Mon‑Fri) and supply required insurance certificates within 7 days of contract execution.
