Description
The Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed bids from Contractors licensed to work in the jurisdiction for the project listed below. The project involves metal roof repairs at the DEP Annex building (BL700 012). The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permitting to repair the building per the contract documents. The project also includes an alternate bid for providing new roof decking from truss #3 to #9 to match existing, attaching with neoprene washer galvanized screws.
