HURRICANE IDA REPAIRS TO ARCHIVES & HISTORICAL RESEARCH CENTER PHASE 2 – INTERIOR REPAIRS FOR THE DIOCESE OF HOUMA-THIBODAUX

The Diocese of Houma‑Thibodaux is seeking a qualified contractor to perform interior repairs to the Archives & Historical Research Center damaged by Hurricane Ida. The scope includes hazardous material abatement, mold remediation, interior finish restoration, HVAC system replacement, and electrical fixture repairs, all to be completed within a tight schedule. • Asbestos abatement and mold remediation per environmental regulations. • Removal and replacement of HVAC ductwork, equipment, and associated controls. • Interior finish repairs, painting, and replacement of electrical fixtures. • Work must not jeopardize stored archival materials; coordination with archives administration required. • All work to be finished within 180 calendar days from notice to proceed, with performance and bid bonds required.
