Description
The Lone Star College System is seeking bids for the replacement of the existing gravel-surfaced built-up roof system at the CyFair Arts Center. The project involves the complete removal of the existing roof system, repair of the existing substrate, and installation of a new watertight modified bitumen roofing system. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the project.
