Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of 10 Gauge Aluminum Type 2 Arch Pipe and Bands for repair and maintenance projects throughout District 2. The required pipe sizes are 112"x75", 117"x79", 128"x83", and 137"x87", and the required band sizes are 128" x 83" x 24" and 137" x 87" x 24". The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost.
• The vendor must provide the contract items in accordance with the requirements contained in the solicitation.
• The vendor must comply with other specifications and requirements contained in the solicitation.
• The vendor must comply with any laws, rules, and ordinances applicable to the contract services provided under this contract.
• The vendor must remedy deficient performance upon request.
