Description
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection – Office of Abandoned Mine Lands is soliciting bids for the Brushy Meadow Creek Highwall B project in Fayette County, WV. The contract will cover a full suite of remediation and construction activities, including mobilization/demobilization, construction layout, quality control, site preparation, installation of silt fence, stabilized construction entrance, rock check dam, revegetation, fabric form and vegetated channels, underdrain, PVC conveyance pipe, level spreader, and unclassified excavation. Bidders must submit electronic proposals via the WV OASIS portal by the deadline, attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting, and may submit technical questions by the stated deadline.

• Scope: Environmental remediation and associated civil construction works (approx. 7,679 LF fabric channel, 303 LF vegetated channel, 51 acres revegetation, etc.)
