Description
Hall County, Georgia is seeking a single qualified contractor to perform comprehensive remodels of three fire stations (Stations 7, 13, and 14). The work includes demolition, bathroom and kitchen renovations, terrazzo floor refinishing, interior and exterior painting, lighting upgrades to LED, ceiling grid replacement, door refinishing, installation of new plumbing fixtures, HVAC vent work, and various electrical upgrades.
