The Town of Upton is seeking a qualified firm to act as Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for the renovation of its Town Hall located at 1 Main Street, Upton, MA. The OPM will oversee all phases of the project—including planning, design coordination, construction oversight, schedule and budget management, and reporting to the town’s public works department. This is a qualifications‑based selection; submissions must be paper‑based and are due by mid‑October.
