Description
The Lindenwold Board of Education seeks a qualified law firm or attorney to serve as its Board Solicitor for the 2026‑2027 school year. The solicitor will provide on‑demand legal counsel covering New Jersey school law, special education law, and governmental contracts law, respond to emergency matters the same day, attend one Board meeting each month, and be available outside normal business hours. The contract is a non‑renewable 12‑month engagement (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with hourly billing rates required. Vendors must submit a full proposal package—including qualifications, fee schedule, and numerous compliance forms—by April 29 2026. The award will be made within 60 days of receipt, and the selected firm must maintain required insurance coverage and retain records for five years.
• Provide specialized legal advice and representation for the school district on an as‑needed basis.
