Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Voltage Input Module and Controllers. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, National Instruments Corp (NI). However, all other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. The contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov.
• The contract requires the delivery of NI-9205 Cards for Organization CR-JXM FY: 2026, AMS: N00164-26-SIMACQ-CR-JXM-0124.
• The contract has a Firm Fixed Price pricing arrangement.
• The contractors are required to provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.
• The contract has a delivery period of 7 weeks from the date of award.
• The contractors are required to submit invoices using the Invoice 2in1, which meets the requirements for the invoice and receiving report.
• The contract requires compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 (Self) for all information systems used in performance of the contract.
