The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to supply and install welded vinyl sheet flooring (Mannington BioSpec MD) in the fluoroscopy suite of the Northport VA Medical Center. This short‑term, turn‑key construction contract requires full material procurement, floor preparation, removal of existing flooring, installation, and a two‑year workmanship warranty, all to be performed within a seven‑day period after notice to proceed.
• Scope: Provide all flooring materials, adhesives, trim, flash‑cove base, labor, equipment, safety PPE, and project management.
• Schedule: 7 calendar days to complete work; bids due 25 Sept 2026 11 am EST; site visit 14 Sept 2026 10 am (mandatory for understanding floor conditions).
