TOS No. 46 - Pre-Design Services for Los Feliz Boulevard Parkway Improvements and Cycletrack

The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering is seeking a consultant to provide feasibility analysis, conceptual design options, and cost estimating services for a conceptual design study to evaluate the feasibility and potential alignments for a separated cycletrack/multiuse path raised to parkway grade along the parkway on Los Feliz Boulevard from Fern Dell Place to Vermont Avenue. The study will examine the connecting segments of Western Avenue, Oxford Avenue, Serrano Avenue, Hobart Avenue, Edgemont Street, and Berendo Street to Los Feliz Boulevard. The Consultant will also provide information on potential impacts to the Historic-Cultural Monument Cedar Trees located along the separated bikeway or multi-use path. • The Consultant will conduct a feasibility analysis and conceptual design study for the proposed project. • The Consultant will evaluate the potential alignments for a separated cycletrack/multiuse path along the parkway on Los Feliz Boulevard. • The Consultant will assess the connectivity between existing bicycle-enhanced networks. • The Consultant will provide a cost estimate for the proposed project. • The Consultant will conduct stakeholder engagement and community outreach.
