Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Harbins Park Multipurpose Field Turf Replacement. The project includes the demolition of the existing synthetic turf, installation of new synthetic turf and infill, and a new football/soccer goal system.
• The bid submittal date and location is June 4, 2026, at the Gwinnett County Purchasing Division.
• A pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 13, 2026, at the Gwinnett County Harbins Park.
• Questions regarding bids should be directed to Jake Scarpone, CPPB, Purchasing Associate III, no later than May 20, 2026.
• The bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond must have an A.M. Best rating of A-8 or higher.
• Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make an award deemed in its best interest.
