Description
The City of Newnan is seeking bids for the construction of a masonry fence at Eastview Cemetery. The project includes demolition of the current entrance wall and trees, grading, excavating, erosion control, concrete footing installation, wall construction and installation, landscaping, subgrade preparation and compaction, crack sealing and joint sealing, traffic control, and pedestrian safety measures. The city is looking for a qualified contractor to perform the work, and the bid must include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, fees, traffic control, mobilization, and incidentals.
• The project requires a masonry fence along portions of Milton Avenue and Fairmount School Road.

• The contractor must have bonding capacity and insurance requirements.
