Description
The City of Sikeston is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) system on Runway 3‑21 at Sikeston Memorial Municipal Airport. The work includes removal of the current units, supply and installation of new PAPIs, site preparation, testing, calibration, and final acceptance. All labor, materials, equipment, and required documentation must comply with federal and state regulations, including Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage rules, Buy‑American preferences, and civil‑rights requirements. Bidders may inspect the site by arrangement and must submit a sealed bid by the stated deadline.
• Remove existing PAPI units and prepare the runway area for new equipment.
