Description
The State of North Carolina, Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide janitorial services for the office located at 4312 Western Park Place, Durham, NC 27705. The contract will have an initial term of one year with an option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the required janitorial services. The services include but are not limited to:
* Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the building
* Emptying trash and recyclables
* Restocking supplies
* Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
* Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens
* Vacuuming and mopping floors
* Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
* Cleaning windows and mirrors
* Performing bi-annual tasks such as shampooing carpets, stripping and waxing floors, and cleaning Venetian blinds.
The vendor must also provide a storage area for paper supplies and maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in their work.
