The Missouri Department of Corrections is seeking to procure a proprietary suite of Interactive Journals, Facilitator Guides, and the Fidelity Platform from The Change Companies, Inc., the exclusive developer and publisher of these tools. This single‑source acquisition will support correctional staff training and inmate rehabilitation programs for an initial one‑year period, with two optional one‑year renewals. The contract is awarded on a sole‑source basis under Missouri law, and the vendor will be responsible for delivery, customization, and ongoing support of the digital learning platform.
