Description
The County seeks an annual supplier for Citrix cloud‑based services and NetScaler hardware support. The contract will cover roughly 250 Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi‑Cloud licenses and two NetScaler lifetime RMA units, with firm pricing for the year. Delivery is “as‑received‑order” to designated County locations, and the award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Vendors must provide pricing, references, ethics affidavit, and non‑collusion certification.
• Supply ~250 Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi‑Cloud licenses (or equivalents).
• Supply 2 NetScaler lifetime RMA units (or equivalents).
• Provide firm pricing for the full one‑year term; no bid bond required.
• Submit bid schedule, three references, ethics affidavit, and non‑collusion affidavit by July 20 2026.
• County pays invoices within 30 days; interest accrues after day 61.
