RFB-44-27 Parks JW Conference Center Upgrades

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Parks, is seeking bids for the upgrade of the Conference Center at Jenny Wiley State Park. The project includes selective demolition, new flooring, painting, wallcoverings, and window treatments. Mechanical work includes the replacement of existing grilles and the installation of a new drinking fountain and audio-visual system. • The project requires the removal of existing finishes and the installation of new ones. • The project includes an alternate for the men's restroom, which will receive new tile floors and acoustic ceilings. • The project requires the replacement of many existing grilles and the installation of a new drinking fountain. • The project includes the installation of a new audio-visual system, including a projector, motorized screen, sound system, and lighting controls. • Bidders must register in the Commonwealth eProcurement System via the Vendor Self Service (VSS) System. • Bids must be submitted electronically through the eProcurement system.
