Description
The Douglas County School District is seeking proposals from qualified companies to furnish and service new copy machines throughout the School District. The selected firm will be responsible for providing and maintaining copy machines, as well as providing training. The contract period shall be from the date of award until June 30, 2026, with optional renewal for up to four one-year terms.
• The School District is looking for copiers that are specifically designed for use in a school system and are capable of fulfilling all of their needs.
• The new copiers should utilize advanced technology available in today's market.
• The selected firm will be responsible for providing all hardware/components necessary to complete the production and installation of all subsequent equipment.
• The contract requires the furnishing of all labor, travel, supplies, material, engineering, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the implementation of the scope of work described.
• The School District operates under a fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30.
