Description
The Department of Public Safety is seeking bids for janitorial services at the Brownsville Boathouse located at 2995 N. Indiana Ave., Brownsville, Texas 78566. The contract term will commence on the effective date stated in the signing document and will expire on 08/31/2030. The services will be provided one day per week, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (4 Hours).
• The Bidder must submit proposed pricing on the Mandatory Pricing Schedule, which includes all costs, fees, licenses, and expenses for the delivery and performance of the services.
• The Bidder must acquire and maintain insurance coverage necessary to ensure the contract's proper performance and cover any potential liabilities.
• The Bidder's project personnel must submit to a fingerprint-based Criminal History Background Investigation if required by DPS.
• The Bidder must provide a transition plan upon request by DPS in the event that DPS awards a subsequent competitive solicitation to a new contractor or decides to perform the work itself.
