The project involves remediating a sinkhole on the Fortera Stadium field at Austin Peay State University. Work includes a shallow excavation, removal of up to three cubic yards of material, concrete placement via pump with turf protection, provision of a wash‑out system, and post‑construction turf restoration using fescue seed and straw. The contractor must also supply a wash‑out system, coordinate water use with the local utility if a fire‑plug is employed, and be prepared for a possible change order to treat beneath the track.
