The County seeks a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, and install four commercial batting‑cage systems at Lenora Park Baseball Complex. The work includes providing NOVA30 netting, bullet‑type padding, custom metal framing, a 6‑in. × 12‑in. pressure‑treated wood border, concrete footings, aggregate base, padded turf, and all associated site‑prep, excavation, and finishing tasks. The contractor must adhere to manufacturer specifications, maintain OSHA and E‑Verify compliance, and furnish a one‑year warranty on labor and materials.
• Four 65 ft × 14 ft × 12 ft batting cages with NOVA30 netting and bullet‑type protective padding.
• Custom metal framing, pressure‑treated timber borders, concrete footings (12″ × 36″, 3,500 psi), M10 aggregate base, and 36 oz. 5 mm padded turf with clay‑colored hitting mat inserts.
• Complete site preparation, excavation to 6 × 6 ft depth, subgrade compaction, temporary barricades, and compliance with all safety, insurance, and E‑Verify requirements.
