Description
The County of Hawaii is seeking quotations for the supply of rubber casters and Schlage control keys. The required items include casters, key blanks, and pick and decoder tools. The quotations must be submitted with all applicable taxes and shipping costs included. The award will be made on an individual line item basis, and the contractor must comply with Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-310(c) for awards over $2,500.
• The County of Hawaii reserves the right to cancel, delete, decrease, or increase any individual item based on the availability of funds.
• The contractor must provide proof of compliance with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) for awards over $2,500.
• The contractor must include standard manufacturer warranties for all items.
• The County of Hawaii is exempt from federal taxes.
• The contractor must deliver the items to the specified location in Hilo, HI.
