Electronic Key Management and Control System (Key Watcher)

The U.S. Embassy in Bangkok is soliciting quotations for a complete electronic key‑management and control system (Key Watcher). The award will be a purchase order to the lowest‑price, responsible offeror. The contractor must provide a biometric‑access key‑management cabinet (32‑key capacity), a control computer with the Key Watcher software, ship the equipment to the embassy, install and configure the system, conduct functional testing, train embassy staff, and deliver full documentation and a one‑year warranty. All work must be completed within 30 calendar days of award, with installation windows limited to specific daily hours and holidays.
