Lock, Key, and TRAKA Key Management Systems Maintenance and Support Services

The Treasury Common Services Center, on behalf of FinCEN, seeks a qualified small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, installation, and support services for FinCEN’s high‑security key‑management and lock systems. The effort covers TRAKA electronic key‑management cabinets, Medeco, Kaba Mas, Lockmasters, and associated hardware and software at facilities in Washington, DC and Vienna, VA. Work will be performed on an as‑needed, time‑and‑materials basis over a five‑year period (one‑year base plus four optional years) with a total not‑to‑exceed ceiling of $200,000. The contractor must be a TRAKA‑authorized reseller/installer and hold an active final Secret Facility Clearance; all personnel must have final Secret clearances before commencing work. • Provide preventive, corrective, emergency, and installation services for TRAKA cabinets, high‑security locks, readers, and related software/licenses. • Deliver semi‑annual preventive‑maintenance visits, rapid emergency response (≤ 4 hrs), and detailed service reports within 5 business days of each task. • Submit monthly invoices and workforce reports, stay within the $40,000 annual ceiling, and maintain required security clearances throughout the contract.
