Santa Monica‑Malibu Unified School District is seeking a qualified consulting firm to serve as the Division of the State Architect’s Lab of Record (LOR) for the Olympic High School Modernization and Site‑Work Project. The firm will provide DSA‑certified special inspection and materials testing services across a $7 million school renovation, covering concrete, steel, masonry, soils, asphalt, fireproofing, and related laboratory work.
