26-28 Under the Oaks Pickleball Courts

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids from qualified vendors to install two permanent concrete pickleball courts at Under the Oaks Park. The project includes ADA parking and perimeter fencing, and work must be done in accordance with Panhandle Engineering drawings and specifications. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 10, 2026, at 10:00 am. Bidders must submit all questions in writing to the Purchasing Department via email by March 20, 2026. The bid deadline is March 31, 2026, at 2:00 pm. • The project requires a Florida licensed Building Contractor or General Contractor. • Sub-Contractors must be Florida licensed as required by applicable trades. • Vendors must identify subcontractors that are providing services requiring a license under Florida law. • Bids may be deemed nonresponsive if not accompanied by proof of any applicable State of Florida Contractor’s Licenses.
