Description
• Provide design and planning for school‑related construction projects, including preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from state, county, and local agencies; assist with grant applications.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, land surveyors, planners, environmental scientists, and construction clerks.
• Maintain at least two NJ‑licensed architects with ≥ 5 years experience in school‑district projects.
• Submit hourly rates or fee percentages, professional liability insurance, and all required statutory certifications.
