The West Virginia Parkways Authority seeks a vendor to supply one brand‑new 40‑foot electric scissor lift for highway and infrastructure projects. The supplier must deliver a fully assembled, operational unit to the Beckley office within 120 days of contract award, provide all operator and service manuals, and conduct an on‑site start‑up, training, and preventive‑maintenance seminar.
