The State of California is soliciting bids for the full rehabilitation of two staff‑residence buildings (Buildings 100 & 104) at the Porterville Developmental Center. The work includes demolition, hazardous‑material abatement, site grading, utility upgrades, structural concrete, masonry, carpentry, roofing, interior finishes, MEP systems, and associated testing, commissioning, and close‑out documentation. The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑responsible‑bid basis after a mandatory pre‑bid site inspection on April 30, 2026, with sealed bids due by May 13, 2026.
