Description
The City of Austin is seeking a contractor to provide total waste management services, including the collection, transportation, compaction, and hauling of waste, recycling, and compost from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport campus. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and cleanliness, reporting, conducting waste sorts/analyses, and consulting services to help manage waste and improve the City's waste management operations and diversion. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror submitting the low responsive bid.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and City ordinances.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and maintain adequate insurance coverage throughout the contract term.
• The contractor must submit a price sheet and other required submittals as part of their bid.
• The City reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time and to reject any or all bids.
