RRCC 26-09-IFB01C Upgrade West End RTU Lakewood Campus

The Red Rocks Community College is seeking bids for the upgrade of the West End RTU Lakewood Campus. The project consists of the removal and replacement of six natural gas-fired, DX cooling rooftop units on the roof of the Fire Science Building. The work includes disconnecting and reconnecting existing electrical feeds and natural gas, integrating the rooftops to the existing Campus building automation systems, and any roof work, such as penetrations and curb work. The project has an estimated construction cost of $271,200.00.
