Cheyenne Botanic Gardens - Smith Education, Agriculture & Trial (E.A.T.) Garden

The City of Cheyenne is soliciting bids for the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens - Smith Education, Agriculture & Trial (E.A.T.) Garden project. The project includes demolition, utility and drainage changes, rough grading, architecture, site work, landscaping, site furnishings, irrigation, and electrical. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the City's eProcurement Portal. The project is expected to start on May 5, 2026, and be completed by December 31, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Some key features of the project include: • Demolition of existing structures and removal of existing chainlink fence, concrete, and trees • Installation of new utility and drainage systems, including a frost-free line and drainage pipe • Construction of a custom shade shelter, prefabricated grill cover, and prefabricated tool shed • Landscaping, including the installation of raised garden beds, soil preparation, and planting of trees and shrubs • Installation of irrigation and electrical systems, including a controller and light fixtures The City is looking for a qualified contractor to complete this project. Bidders must have experience with similar projects and must be able to complete the work within the specified timeframe.
