Budget estimate

$50,000 – $250,000

The solicitation does not disclose a total award ceiling. Similar NYS fair‑promotion grants have ranged from $50,000 to $250,000 per fair depending on scope, media mix, and geographic reach. Assuming a moderate‑size county fair, a reasonable estimate for a single award would be between $50 k and $250 k, covering creative development, media buys, and educational outreach materials. Larger regional fairs could approach the higher end, while smaller local fairs may be nearer the lower end.
