Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide herbicide application services for three seed orchards in Oregon: Horning Seed Orchard, Tyrrell Seed Orchard, and Sprague Seed Orchard. The contractor will be responsible for applying herbicides to roads, fences, tree orchards, and fallow fields. The performance period is from April 1, 2026, to May 8, 2026. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the work.
• The contractor must have a valid Oregon Farm/Forest Labor Contractor's License.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a written "work progress plan" to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) before starting work.
• The contractor must attend a pre-work conference before starting work.
• The contractor must comply with all safety regulations and guidelines.
