Description
The City of Indianapolis is seeking a single Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) to serve as the lead consultant for the EPA Community‑Wide Assessment Grant (CWAG) under the Brownfield Redevelopment Program. The selected firm will manage all aspects of the grant, including community outreach, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, cleanup planning, reporting to EPA, and coordination with local stakeholders. The solicitation is a qualifications‑only process; cost proposals are not accepted at this stage.
