Description
The Addison County Regional Planning Commission (ACRPC) seeks a qualified environmental consulting/planning firm to implement a U.S. EPA Community‑Wide Assessment Brownfields grant in Addison County, VT. The contractor will manage grant administration, community outreach, brownfields inventory, Phase I/II environmental site assessments, remediation planning, and reuse/ redevelopment strategy development across a multi‑year (2026‑2030) project. The work includes project scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, technical investigations, reporting to EPA and state agencies, and support for additional grant opportunities. The total contract value is $450,000, with quarterly payments and a proposal deadline of 5 p.m. on 21 Oct 2026.
