Mechanical Design Services

The Kenosha County Facilities Division is seeking proposals for mechanical design services, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection repairs, replacements, and upgrades. The awarded contractor will provide professional mechanical design and engineering services for various projects, including project planning, concept design, final design, bidding, and construction management. The contractor will also provide conflict resolution, troubleshooting, and other services as needed. The contract will begin on the date of award and will continue through December 31, 2028, with two one-year renewal options. • The contractor must have completed at least three projects of similar size and scope within the past five years. • The contractor must not have a conflict of interest with any potential bidders or proposers. • The contractor must provide a written statement confirming that no conflict of interest exists. • The contractor must have the necessary qualifications, experience, and expertise to provide the required services. • The contractor must have a plan to accomplish the requirements of the contract, including a method of quality control and a process to identify deficiencies in the work.
