Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking vendors for an Electrical BPA at the Washington DC VAMC. The solicitation is a tier evaluation, and the VA is expecting to have 1-2 certified SDVOSBs qualified to be on the BPA. Vendors will be required to provide quotes for each task order, and the quotes will be based on each individual BPA holder's established rates. The VA will provide a standard performance evaluation process for BPA holders, and ongoing performance will be measured and communicated through CPARS.
