Sources Sought Announcement (SSA) for SICPS Weapon System Installation Kit

The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen is seeking sources for the Standardized Integrated Command Post System (SICPS) Weapon System Installation Kit. The kit includes items such as mounting brackets, cables, and miscellaneous hardware utilized for installing NTDR equipment into a shelter that is mounted onto a US Army High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV). The Government possesses the technical data package (TDP) for the parts, and it is available for conditional release upon request. The Government is looking for sources that can manufacture the installation kit and is requesting information to determine if responsible sources exist. • The kit includes manufactured and commercial off-the-shelf parts. • The Government will impose a Government Acceptance of Delivery process requirement onto any source of supply whom has not provided the subject kit to the Government within the last five years. • A waiver may be granted for a source whom has provided a similar form/fit/function kit within the last five years, subject to the government’s discretion. • The TDP includes level 3 production information. • The kit has been previously procured by the Government.
