Description
The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation are seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide complete design, cost estimating, and coordination services for a full roof replacement at the Keller Community Center (≈ 10,000 sf). The contractor must deliver stamped construction‑ready drawings, address asbestos abatement, provide cost breakdowns for various roof sections, and assist with permitting and construction‑phase documentation. Two on‑site visits and bi‑weekly virtual coordination meetings are required, and the project must be completed within a six‑month service window (Oct 2026‑Mar 2027).
• Deliver stamped design documents (24×36″ & 18×24″ sets) for a mixed‑type roof (metal pitched sections and flat TPO sections).
• Include asbestos testing/abatement guidance, HVAC curbing verification, ladder design, and detailed cost estimates for removal, replacement, and parapet work.
• Provide project management, bi‑weekly virtual meetings, and at least two on‑site visits; obtain all necessary permits; meet specified insurance and bonding requirements.
