The City of Norman is seeking a qualified firm to design, supply, and install a complete playground system—including modular play structures for multiple age groups, a tot swing, belt swings, wheelchair‑accessible ground‑level features, a shade canopy, and a synthetic‑turf safety surfacing system—at Bluestem Park. The contractor must meet CPSC, ASTM F1487‑17, ADAAG, and IPEMA standards, provide detailed design drawings, warranties, and three local references, and complete construction within 120 calendar days after a Notice‑to‑Proceed.
