Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide general construction requirements for Dover AFB, DE. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a two-year base period, five one-year options, and a six-month extension. The contractor will be required to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on various real property facilities.
• The contract will have a guaranteed minimum amount of $500.00.
• The maximum ceiling amount for the life of the contract shall not exceed $25,000,000.00.
• The seed project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
• The contractor will be required to provide all necessary resources, including labor, plant, materials, equipment, and incidentals.
• The contractor will be required to perform work in accordance with the attached Technical Specifications and the Statement of Work provided with each task order.
