Sewer Rods

The City of Phoenix is seeking bids for the supply of sewer rods for a five-year contract. The rods must meet specific product specifications, including material, size, hardness, and tensile strength. The contractor will be responsible for providing products according to the listed specifications and packaging them in boxes of a maximum quantity of 50 each. The City reserves the right to select and submit one percent of the rods delivered for independent laboratory testing. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The contract term is five years, commencing on or about March 1, 2026. • The contractor must provide products that meet or exceed the minimum level of all features specifically listed in the solicitation. • The contractor must have been in operation for a minimum of two years and have a history of providing goods or services similar to those required in the solicitation. • The contractor must possess all valid certifications and licenses required by federal, state, or local laws. • The contractor must maintain insurance against claims that may arise from or relate to the performance of the work under the contract.
