Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the construction of a 30' x 100' pre-engineered metal equipment storage building with a concrete foundation at the Centennial Valley SWA. The project includes the installation of two additional 30' x 25' bays and other bid items that may be added at the discretion of the CPW. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals needed to complete the project. The project is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
