Description
The State of Delaware is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive fleet maintenance and repair services for approximately 3,000 state‑owned vehicles, including gasoline, diesel, and electric models. The contract covers preventive‑maintenance packages, major/minor repairs, diagnostics, EV‑specific services, vehicle pickup and delivery, parts supply, waste disposal, and detailed reporting. The award will be based on the lowest responsible and responsive bid, with a two‑year base term and options for up to three one‑year extensions. Vendors must be ASE‑certified, possess appropriate insurance, and register in the Delaware supplier portal.
• Service scope: preventive‑maintenance (full synthetic fluids, inspections), repairs, EV high‑voltage certification, pickup/delivery, and optional add‑on services.
• Geographic coverage: statewide with declared service radius and distance‑based fees.
